FAQ
1. What kind of internet service do you have? I.E Fibre, Adsl, LTE
2. What package are you on? The minimum internet speed requirement to make optimum use of the streaming app is 10Mbps. With regards to buffering we encourage the user to use ethernet connection (Cable from the router to the android device when running the application to avoid buffering completely) however if the network isn’t throttled by any other devices connected wirelessly, then there would not be any buffering issues. We encourage a stable connection for the best results.
3. To go ahead with registration We require the following details;

4. Once registration is completed, you will be emailed a link or you can click on our subscription button for payment, using the payfast portal.
You can also opt for EFT.
5. Once payment has been completed, We can generate a username and password and assist with the installation either via whatsapp, telephonic, video call or in person free of charge.

7. The software for the streaming application is only compatible with Full Android TV’s (Skyworth, TCL),
Android TV Boxes, Android TV Sticks, Android Cellphones and Android Tablets. Smart TVs have similar restrictions like IOS with regards to downloading and installing third party applications.
We are currently building an app that will be available soon on the google playstore.
This app will be have a broad scope in terms of compatibility with Smart TV’s.
We are also able to supply and install android TV Boxes at a once off price.

Troubleshooting - Buffering or Login, due to unstable internet connection or lack of ram
1. Clear the app media cache.
2. Clear other app caches.
3. Uninstall apps that are not in use.
4. Disable preloaded apps that cannot be uninstalled, that are not in use.
5. Try to keep our app, possibly the only working app on the android box.
6. The above 5 points is purely to free up RAM to allow the app to work optimally.
There are other android tv boxes that are more expensive that offer 8gb – 16gb RAM, We can provide these android tv boxes at discounted prices.
7. Whereby your isp is allowing throttling (LEAVE OUR APPLICATION OPENED WHILST YOUR TV and ANDROID BOX IS ON, CONNECTED TO VIA ETHERNET Using a Cat 8 ethernet cable) and restart your router.
This will prioritize bandwidth to the android box before it shares wifi to your other devices because generally when devices are connected even if not in use the bandwith is shared between devices.
8. Login into the router and update settings to designate 10mbps to the ip address of the android box.
Upgrade the router to allow the designation setting.
9. Because our app is a full HD streaming platform designed for quality infrastructure it cannot perform the functions of other other streaming platforms that cater to poor infrastructure, applications that drop the resolution to avoid buffering due to poor connectivity.
10. The only reason why one has to upgrade their package is because their isp is throttling.
Hypothetically if theres 10 houses per block connected from one point, if those ten houses have multiple devices connected when they increase their speed package they beat throttling especially during peak times.

Installation on an android mobile device
*Step one;*
Copy and paste the link on your browser or click on the following link: *bit.ly/roxiapk*
Tap on download when the download file popup appears.
*Step two;*
Tap on the downloaded file then choose install.
Note: If it is the first time you are using the file manager to install an APK file,
Android will prompt you to authorize the app to Install unknown apps. Allow to install the unknown app.

Then Tap and hold down on the roxi media apk file and choose share on the bottom of your android mobile device screen.
Share using the send files to tv. Chose the device you intend to send the apk file to.
*Step six;*
Once the APK file downloads to the android TV/BOX/STICK Tap on the downloaded file then choose install.
Note: If it is the first time you are using the file manager to install an APK file,
Android will prompt you to authorize the app to Install unknown apps.
Allow to install the unknown app.

Open the app.
